RICHMOND - THE JUDGE`S REPORT

You will not have to wait for the Dog papers, for here it is.   Any other judges wanting to take advantage of the opportunity of quick publication on this site have only to ask.

I really enjoyed judging at Richmond, and thanks to all of you for giving me a quality entry!

Good on the whole, but just a few points:  remember, the ideal Papillon type means fine bones, and a dainty dog.  And light eyes are a fault that is difficult to get rid of.   Also, remember that the standard tells us exactly what the head proportions should be - not "half and half"!
