The funeral will take place on Tuesday 13th December, 2.30pm at Lincoln Crematorium, Washingborough Road Lincoln.
The Crematorium is situated on the B1190 Washingborough Road on the South East side of the City heading out towards the village of Washingborough.
Anna has asked for family flowers only, but anyone wishing to donate to the M S Society may do so either by sending a donation care of The Lincolnshire Funeral Service, Portland Street, Lincoln or alternatively donations can be given whilst at the Crematorium.
